The Body Score is a single number from 0 to 100 that combines body fat percentage, waist-to-height ratio and lean mass index. It is age- and sex-aware (calibrated against Gallagher 2000 / AHA references) and includes a 30-day trend bonus. Honest tiers: Athletic 85+, Healthy 70–84, Average 55–69, Watch 40–54, Risk under 40.
